There are 5 ranks for users:
* Jr. Member > 20 posts
* Full Member > 60 posts
* Sr. Member > 120 posts
* Hero Member > 500 posts
* Legend Member > 1000 posts
Posts in the general discussion section are not counted. Negative karma reduces the score by a certain amount of points. Current penalty: -1 karma = 1000 points, i.e. 100 ALT tokens.
There are no time limits on the growth of ranks.
== How to get karma and points ==
On the Altcoinstalks forum, karma is a kind of user reputation. Sort of a mechanism to assess users of the forum. For the useful post or topic users can throw is a plus in karma.
