A fixed-price [currency exchange] where bitcoins can be bought using a SEPA (EUR) bank transfer.

There service is meant to be trivially easy to use -- entered it the purchase amount (as either BTC or EUR) and the Bitcoin address where the coins are to be sent.

There is a maximum order of €100 (EUR) or the quantity of bitcoins equivalent to that value.
