Description
BioPayCoin is the crypto coin to integrate Biometric Fingerprint Scanning as a security feature.

Concept
The plan is to have each address generated from the fingerprint hash, tied to only that hash and eachnew address must be accompanied by an index PIN and Security PIN based on which address person would like touse. Having this system tied to fingerprint scanning will prevent any collisions happening from false positives.
