A currency exchange site serving those trading between bitcoins and the Colombian Peso (COP):

The order book contains buy and sell orders and when a match is found the system will notify the two parties. Payment (e.g., bank payment) is then coordinated between buyer and seller.

The service was announced May 28th, 2012. At the time it launched it was the first formal exchange from Colombia.
