Don Tapscott
Don Tapscott (01.06.1947) is CEO of the Blockchain Research Institute, one of the world's leading economic and business authorities. The author of 16 books, including Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything. The book has been translated into 25 languages.

Early years
Tapscott was born in Toronto, Canada, and spent his teenage years in Ontario, where he studied at Park Street Collegiate Institute. Tapscott got a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics at the University of Alberta.
Career
Tapscott is the author and co-author of sixteen books on the application of technology in business and society. His book "Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything" (2006), co-authored with Anthony D. Williams, became an international bestseller, number one of the 2007 management book, and has been translated into 20 different languages.
Blockchain Research Institute
In 2017 Don Tapscott and his son Alex founded the Blockchain Research Institute. Her research covers nearly 100 blockchain projects and includes implementation issues, organizational changes, and other issues in this area.
