Description
Gobyte blockchain borrowed the following elements from DASH:
- Full nodes with payment for chain support.
- Protocol
- The currency is issued by mining on the GPU, the blockchain is based on the Neoscrypt algorithm.
In the Gobyte ecosystem, full nodes, masternodes are organized, which are managed by groups of volunteers and have the right to vote when making important decisions for the community.
Servers masternode keep the whole chain of transactions. Each full node contributes a deposit of 1000 GBX in order to be personally interested in the benefit of the entire ecosystem. Site owners are rewarded for achieving two goals:
- Storage of the full version of the blockchain.
- Maintaining the network, in particular, performing the functions of PrivateSend.
As a reward, the owners of masternodes receive 50% of the profits of Gobyte miners.
Private Send
PrivateSend is a service for enhanced protection from deanonimisation. The amount that one person wants to send to another is divided by the shares of the set values (0,001; 0,01; 0,1; 1; 10) and sent to random masternodes.
The masternodes mix the inputs for these transactions with the inputs for any other payment operation going on at this time. Thus, two pairs of senders and recipients can hide their data. Without PrivateSend blockchain is still resistant to analysis and interpretation of the traffic.
