Their protocol makes it possible to connect a variety of different robots to the market of robots' liabilities existing on Ethereum for the direct sale of data from robot sensors, ordering of logistics services and organization ordering of personalized products by fully automated enterprises. It is open source protocol that we are launching on the Ethereum network.
Description
Full-scale appliance of cyber physical systems (CPSs) in production, logistics and urban life will allow us to cope with the increasing complexity of supply chains, and deliver quality products to consumers. The main issue here, according to the articles authors, is arranging the global collaboration of different CPSs.
They consider arranging the collaboration of autonomous cyber physical systems work as a network based on market mechanisms to be the most sustainable option.
The network of distribution, control and provision of services by cyber-physical systems adaptable to human needs, built on the basis of market mechanisms and directly accessible to the end user, can be created on the basis of p2p technologies. This allows the combination of technical and economic parameters of the transaction to the machine.
Building such a peer-to-peer network can be carried out on the basis of the Ethereum infrastructure. By expanding the capabilities of the basic communication protocol, we can train cyber physical systems to interact with market mechanisms and contractual obligations.
The creation and development of a platform that provides tools for working with the robot economy network (briefly - the Robonomics platform) will allow designers of new cities and industrial zones to build trust among the autonomous robots services, provide direct user access for ordering products from autonomous factories and services of urban sensor networks. This in turn will allow us to put in place a decentralized system that globally monitors the activities of cyber physical systems.
Roadmap
“ | Q1 2018: A release indicating the start of platform work for developers of smart cities and Industry 4.0 solutions. Monitoring nodes of the system report about release support in the blocks of Ethereum network Q2 2018: This release is the start of changing network activity indicators important for the platform by comparing the results of standard node work and the results received from the network 2019: The network participants own possibilities necessary for the work of smart cities and smart factories in response to economically valuable transactions 2020: The network is able to assume the tasks of controlling robotized supply chains[1] | ” |
