Suprnova
Suprnova is a cryptocurrency mining pool operating since 2015. At the time of its creation, only Ethereum could be mined, but several dozens of altcoins have been added since then. Now users can mine 40 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and its forks, Ethereum, and other popular altcoins.
Description
The commission is taken in the amount of 1%, some altcoins can be mined for free. At the moment, the commission is not charged from Zdash and GRS cryptocurrencies. As a part of any pool, miners from different countries work there, the number of servers for mining depends on the specific altcoin:
- Bitcoin Gold — only a single server stratum+tcp://btg.suprnova.cc:8816;
- ZCash — 4 servers depending on the region. The European miners have been mining on stratum+tcp://zec-eu.suprnova.cc:2142, USA works on stratum+tcp://zec-us.suprnova.cc:2142, Chinese miners use stratum+tcp://zec-cn.suprnova.cc:2142, there is a separate version for Asia stratum+tcp://zec-apac.suprnova.cc:2142.
Check in
To register users need to click Start Mining on the main page, in the upper right corner, select Sign Up, the registration form will open.
Registration is standard: specify the username, password and pin, agree to the terms.
Mining
There is a FAQ for each cryptocurrency, it describes the process in some detail.
- Create a worker, specify its name and password;
- download the miner;
- specify the characteristics of PC — the number of cores, username/password that were entered at the stage of creating a worker;
- run the bat file from downloaded archive; mining has begun.
Results can be tracked through the Dashboard. It displays statistics on mined coins and other characteristics of the account.
Withdrawal
There is no exchange to fiat, so users withdraw only cryptocurrencies. Output can be automated. Specify the threshold value of the balance in the settings, as soon as balance exceeds, the money will automatically go to the wallet.
Mobile client
There are two mobile clients developed by different companies, but the service is the same. Both applications (Suprnova Monitor and Suprnova Pools Mining Monitor) can be downloaded for free. Both applications are suitable for tracking mining statistics. The data displayed is the same as in the personal account.
